What is Sports Spotlight?

Sports Spotlight Photography & Graphics was created in 2007 as a "CHARACTER COUNTS!" newspaper to promote the pillars of Character (www.charactercounts.org). We have since evolved in to a photography and graphics organization and still attempt to promote the same "Character" message in all of our work. It is our goal to showcase student athletes in a positive manner and encourage parents to proudly display their children's athletic accomplishments. Photographer Ed Sheahin specializes in candid action shots of young athletes and understands the importance of capturing the emotions of sporting competition. As a parent of three young men who particpated in sports, it is Mr. Sheahin's desire to provide photographs for parents and family members that will be proudly displayed in their homes for years. Sales and Customer Relations Manager Ruth Davidson Dike has resided in Montgomery County, Maryland nearly her entire life. She provides a presence to Sports Spotlight with her superb people skills and community awareness. Mrs. Dike's belief in the Sports Spotlight product line inspired her to be a part of our team. When approaching potential clients and customers, she does so without a sales mentality. She wants others to benefit as her family has by the beauty and professionalism of Sports Spotlight Photography and Graphics.
